Contributor Publishing Agreement

1. Keep identity, qualifications and submitted documents truthful and current.
2. Verify sources where reasonably possible, separate fact from opinion and cooperate with corrections.
3. Respect privacy, dignity, safety and the best interests of children; do not expose sensitive personal data without a defensible public-interest reason.
4. Submit only original or properly licensed text and media, with required attribution.
5. Do not publish hate, incitement, harassment, fraud, defamatory allegations, harmful professional advice or unlawful content.
6. Human-review AI-assisted content and disclose material AI use where appropriate.
7. Mukto Bangla may edit, fact-check, hold, correct, withdraw or restrict publishing access under its editorial process.
8. You retain copyright while granting Mukto Bangla a non-exclusive licence to publish, display, translate, summarise and promote the submitted work.
9. Respect applicable Bangladesh law, including the Copyright Act 2023, Cyber Security Act 2026 and Personal Data Protection Ordinance 2025, together with relevant international human-rights principles.
